Family Photos at Elgin Park in Uxbridge Ontario

I often ask myself “what am I doing pursuing family photography?” Because some days trying to get photos of fast-moving children feels more like an Olympic sport than an art form.

But instead of trying to pin kids down and bribe them to plaster on fake smiles, I want to let them lead the session. I want to find ways to let them play and snuggle with Mom and Dad and get sweet candids just letting kids be kids!

This sibling duo started off shy, but quickly warmed up and stole the show, reminding me the some of the sweetest moments can't be manufactured with clever posing prompts!

Have you been struggling to get photos of your own kids? Put your mind at ease and let me capture photos you can't stop staring at!
