Simple Sheet-Pan Steak Fajitas
With Help from Pampered Chef

This simple sheet-pan steak fajita recipe is a quick and easy weeknight meal. As a mom of four, I love meals that come together quickly with minimal ingredients and require minimal cleanup.
Lately, this meal has been satisfying my cravings for burritos, meaning we can save money by cooking at home once again.
Instead of a sheet pan, I love to bake these ingredients on my bar pan from Pampered Chef. Pampered Chef stoneware is durable and easy to clean up. Stoneware keeps getting better with age as it gets a beautiful dark seasoning.
To make this recipe even simpler, I used my simple slicer from Pampered Chef along with my favourite garlic press.
For the steak, I used 2 lb of stewing beef. I marinated it one day prior to cooking up this meal for added flavour and sliced it into thinner strips.
For seasoning, I use lots of garlic pressed in my Pampered Chef garlic press, and the Pampered Chef everything taco seasoning or your taco seasoning of choice. I also added salt and oil and tossed all the ingredients together.
I spread the ingredients over a bar pan (or two) and bake at 450 degrees for 18 minutes.
Finally, I prepared a tortilla with a little bit of avocado and some Pampered Chef French Onion dip mix. I used my small chef's tongs to add the mixture on top and wrapped it up!
This fajita recipe has become a staple in our home!
