Stop obsessing over missed days and “getting behind” on your Bible reading plan.
This Devotional will help you find practical ways to get in God’s Word as a busy mom of toddlers!
Here are a few things that make this Devotional unique
It’s written for you, toddler mom!
All the stories and examples are written with you in mind. You won’t find unrelatable overly structured advice here - I’m sharing unhinged advice to make time for God’s Word in your busy days wiping bums and making snacks!
You don’t have to read it in order
If you lose your place (or someone tiny steals your bookmark) its totally fine! Read these in whatever order you want or binge it all at once. I pray God will bring you to the section you need as you need it!
You don’t have to keep it on your bookshelf
Actually, please don’t! If you put it on your bookshelf, you’ll probably forget about it. Keep it in your bathroom drawer to read while supervising bath time or shoved in the crack of your couch to read while breastfeeding. Store it somewhere weird to set yourself up for success!
I’m not interested in trying harder and setting lofty goals. I’m here to help you show up and reading the Bible from a place of peace, and let God renew your mind. You don’t have to read a certain amount or a certain number of days in a row to succeed. Don’t overthink this!

I’m Micaela!
I've logged a lot of time reading the Bible, but I've spent even more time AVOIDING the Bible because I felt guilty about my inconsistency. It took becoming a mama for God to change my heart, and I'm so thankful to say I read the Bible more now than ever before.
I'm eager to help you spend more time in God's Word too! I create resources and write blog posts to help you overcome obstacles and get in God's Word.
Are you a praying mama? Prayer feels different once you become a mom and start praying for your children. When I was pregnant with my first, I knew I wanted a daily prayer for my unborn child, but I felt overwhelmed. How should I pray for my child when there are so many things to pray? I thought often. I narrowed it down to 5 prayers for my daughter, and I now pray the same prayer for my sons. I hope this list will inspire you as you create a thoughtful prayer life as a mother!
